How Clayhouse Mortgage collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This policy explains how Clayhouse Mortgage handles information you give us through this website and when you communicate with us. An application, booking, or chat service may also have its own privacy notice.
We collect information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your inquiry or loan application. We may also receive information when you book a meeting, use chat, or communicate with us. Our website collects technical and usage information through analytics tools.
To respond to your inquiries, evaluate and process loan applications, communicate about your file, improve our website, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with lenders and service providers involved in your inquiry or loan, and with providers that help us operate our website, communications, scheduling, customer records, and analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
You can ask us about, request correction of, or request deletion of information you gave us using the contact details below. You can change your cookie choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email and opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how this website is used, and PostHog session replay to see where pages break. Session replay masks what you type into forms.
Until you choose Accept on the cookie notice, these tools run without storing cookies or other identifiers on your device, and no session is recorded. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_91PYMSB383, and PostHog stores an identifier whose name begins with ph_phc_ in a cookie and in your browser's local storage. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name chm_consent. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline.
Other services load on some pages and may store their own identifiers or receive your IP address: our chat and forms provider (LeadConnector, also known as HighLevel), which stores a chat session identifier in your browser's local storage; Google Fonts; Google Maps on the contact page; and Vercel and Cloudflare, which host and deliver the site.
We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, work on your loan, and meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete information you gave us by emailing logan@clayhousemortgage.com or calling (720) 650-2147. We will delete it unless we are required to keep it, for example mortgage records that state and federal rules require us to retain.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on a Clayhouse Mortgage form, you may receive texts about your inquiry, scheduling, or loan. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or loan. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Terms of Service for SMS program details.
